About Wild essence Catering



Wild essence is owned and operated by Alan Seabrook, who has over twenty years catering experience in Sydney, having owned and operated catering companies since 1989.  Alan started his catering adventures in London, where he quickly learnt the art of service and hospitality. Alan has a love for food and wine backed up by a passion for catering. Alan is also a Master of Wine Quality and enjoys the odd glass!
Wild essence Catering is focused on providing a personalised catering service for all event types. Attention to detail and working to budget is part of what we do. When you deal with Wild essence Catering you will be liaising with the owner every step of the way.

We cater at most CBD and Blue Mountains venue locations, please contact us for a full list or venue advice.  For special events we can help find the right venue for your event.  If you are using a production company we generally work with them inline with the event parameters, type and style.
